I booked online and it did go through fine, so that’s good. The confirmation just took longer than I expected, which was a little annoying, but you know, totally fine. The site also felt kind of confusing in places, but I managed to figure it out eventually.

The places we stopped at were actually really nice!! I enjoyed seeing them, and the bus was totally fine... no real complaints there. But the guide made the whole tour feel disappointing. He talked a lot, but it all felt super rushed?? and kind of scattered, like we were jumping around without much flow. A few questions people asked just got brushed off or ignored, which felt awkward... and the jokes were funny maybe once or twice, but after a while they got a little uncomfortable. I was expecting more interesting info and just a friendlier, more relaxed vibe. Overall, the sights were worth seeing, but the guide really made it way less enjoyable for me!!!

The kids had a great time with it. Fun. It was a bit crowded, but still totally fine overall. Busy, but manageable.

We booked through paddywagontours.com for a local pub night while we were in town, and overall it was a fun way to spend the evening. Our guide was friendly, easy to chat with, and actually knew a few good spots that weren’t just the suuuper touristy ones.

The first pub had a nice crowd, decent music, and a relaxed vibe, which was exactly what we were hoping for. Prices were normal enough too, so it didn’t feel like one of those places where you instantly know you’re being overcharged.

The only reason I’d give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that we waited around a bit at the start, and the time between pubs felt a little unplanned. Nothing major, just a few slow moments, but we still had a gooood night overall.

Had a really good day with Paddywagon and managed to see loads in just one day. The Cliffs of Moher were definitely the highlight for me. Our driver was funny, kept things moving, and still gave us enough time to get photos without feeling too rushed. I’d happily go again, if there’s any kind of follow-up discount or thank-you for sharing feedback, I wouldn’t complain!

I booked Paddywagon Tours mostly because I needed somewhere to leave my luggage before heading out, i was a bit stressed about it at first. Then the staff just handled it so casually and quickly that I went from mildly panicking to feeling instantly relieved.

My bags were kept safe the whole time and came back exactly how I left them. No damage, nothing missing, no weird surprises, which was basically all I was hoping for. It sounds small, but it made such a difference to my mood.
The service itself was simple, but it took a big weight off my day, literally and mentally. I could actually enjoy Dublin without dragging bags around. I’d definitely use them again if I’m back in the city with luggage.

I had to cancel my booking, the refund process was frustrating. It took longer than I expected, and I felt like I kept having to chase them just to get a straight answer. The bus was comfortable too, which made the whole day feel easier. It’s one of those simple details that makes a long tour way more enjoyable. Definitely 5 stars from me.
